An internal project looking at future materials and their uses in a series of short films. The films I worked on looked at using honeycomb as a building material and a kinetic material as a microplastic filter in the sea.

I mainly worked as a Houdini technical artist, doing R&D for both films, creating the initial honeycomb structure and procedural bee system and the sea filter's simulation/animation. I also helped to translate simulation attributes into shader attributes for the sea filter film.
